The Company’s core businesses include Magticom, Ltd., the leading mobile telephony operator in Tbilisi, Georgia, Telecom Georgia, a well-positioned Georgian long distance telephony operator, and Telenet, a Georgian company providing internet access, data communications, voice telephony and international access services.
